Terms of Use

1. The service

quizdia lets you create, share and play quizzes, personality tests, friendship quizzes, polls and assessments. The service is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the quizzes and other content you create.

You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, store, display and share your content only as needed to run quizdia, for example to show your quiz to the people you share it with or, if you make it public, to anyone.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including text and images.

4. What is not allowed

Sexual content, nudity, or anything that sexualises minors.

Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or content that demeans people for their identity, appearance or beliefs.

Quizzes that claim to diagnose medical or mental health conditions.

Collecting other people's personal data, such as passwords, addresses or ID numbers, through quizzes.

Illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, spam, scams, malware, or attempts to break or overload the service.

5. Moderation and reporting

Anyone can report a quiz. We may review, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Public quizzes that receive several reports may be hidden automatically until reviewed.

6. Our rights

The quizdia name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share links to quizzes.

7. No warranty

quizdia is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that content created by users is accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of quizdia. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using quizdia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use quizdia after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
